Customer Reviews

Thank you very much for your great feedback! We are very happy that you like our mixed boxes so much. That's exactly our secret: we let the fruits ripen on the tree for as long as possible so that they can develop their full flavor. It's great that you enjoy this difference every time. Until the next order!

Thank you for the great compliment! We are very happy that you have been loyal to us for years and appreciate the difference in taste and juiciness. There is nothing more beautiful for us than to send our sun-ripened oranges directly to your home. Until next time!

Thank you very much for your first order and detailed feedback! We are very happy that you are satisfied with the quality, scent, and taste of our oranges. Storing the fruits directly in a cool place and spreading them out is exactly right to keep the freshness for a long time. We are looking forward to supplying you with our citrus fruits again soon!

Dear Customer,

I deeply regret your disappointment and would like to apologize for any mistakes we may have made.

I'm sorry that you chose to submit your complaint through reviews. We have a separate email address where we handle all complaints and always respond to emails within less than 24 working hours.

Regarding the issues you mention:

Black leaves/spots: The orchard where the tangerines came from had leaves with a black coating, which is why we decided not to harvest the tangerines with unsightly leaves. The fruits themselves may also have some spots. Both the issue with the leaves and the spots on the tangerines are purely aesthetic flaws due to the minimal treatment of the fruits.

Quality and taste: You do not mention anything about the taste of the tangerines, which, along with shelf life, is where we focus our greatest attention.

Size: Regarding the smaller fruits you noticed, I apologize. This was a mistake by the employee who selected your box. The minimum caliber for our conventional tangerines is 54 mm, and these fruits should not have ended up in your box.

We would appreciate it if you could contact our customer service via email so that we can find an appropriate solution for your complaint.

Best regards,

Thank you for your trust and support. We look forward to your next order. Thank you very much!

Thank you for the praise! :-)

Thank you for your comment. Great taste and smell, and if some of them go bad, it's a good sign that the fruits are truly untreated :-)

Thank you for your trust and support. We are happy to have you with us.
