Select shipping country

In order to provide you with the final prices of the products (including taxes and transport costs), we need you to select the country of destination from the following list of countries.

On 1 July 2021 the Mini One-Stop Shop (MOSS) directive for e-commerce came into force. This will require us to apply the V.A.T. rate corresponding to the destination country of the shipment.

Shipping conditions

The shipment price is included in the price listed on our website for the United Kingdom and Netherlands . To know prices for other countries, please, email at info@naranjasdecullera.com.

The oranges are picked and are sent immediately, with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 working days. If weather conditions prevent picking the oranges, they will be picked as soon as the weather allows.

For delivery the carrier will contact you if necessary, so please include your telephone number when ordering.

If you receive the box in poor condition, please report that to the carrier, put on record and sign the delivery note, then receive the delivery. If the oranges are in poor condition due to transport, please take a picture, save the packaging, and send us an email at info@naranjasdecullera.com, with “Transport Claim” in the subject line. In your email briefly describe the defects you found, attach the picture, and indicate if you would like us to send you a new order or if you would like us to refund your money.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, including the conditions of the oranges, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
