Unfortunately, I did not find your name in our customer database or among the shipping or email addresses. It is true that we have had some issues with the shelf life of a few mandarins from certain orchards, which is due to the warm autumn we have had and the fact that our products are not treated after harvest. Regarding transportation, 90% of our shipments reach our German customers within 3 days, and almost all within 4 days. Sometimes there are delays in a minuscule percentage, which is due to the transport company. Perhaps this was your case. Our customer care representative Esther has offered a solution to every customer who has contacted us about any issue, as we always respond when there is a problem. However, we can only address complaints that we learn about via email and know which customer is affected. We are very sorry that your experience with our product was not satisfactory. We are working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, but with perishable products, it is difficult to be infallible. We would like to ask you to send us an email with your complaint, and we will try to offer you a satisfactory solution.
