Taste good. In both boxes several squashed fruits, even though the boxes were undamaged on the outside. After just 5 days several fruits (even though taken out of the boxes and spread out on a shelf) had gone rotten. Won't buy this again, only oranges from now on.

Geschmack gut. In beiden Kartons mehrere zerquetschte Früchte, obwohl Kartons äußerlich uneschädigt.

We're very sorry, Erwin. The crushed pieces come from knocks during transport, and a bruised mandarin rots within a few days and spoils the ones next to it. We'll get in touch with you to sort it out.

Box: Organic Mandarin Box 20 kg

They arrived wet and there were some squashed and mouldy ones among them. I dried them and laid them out individually and somewhere cool. Even so, there were several mouldy ones again. Some are completely dry, or on one side. But most are juicy and tasty. I'd estimate about 2 kg lost. I guess the weather wasn't exactly great and you can't see inside them. Farmers don't have it easy. Unfortunately not all customers will be understanding. All the best to you

We're very sorry, Birgit. The dry pieces come from the early varieties. We set them aside when packing the box, but the odd one slips past us. We'll get in touch with you about this order.

We're very sorry, Jana. Early-season mandarins sometimes include the odd dry one and, although we set them aside when packing the box, it isn't always noticeable from the outside. We'll get in touch with you to sort it out.
